So excited to do this look! Love the song and love the video — although for a 17-year-old Disney girl it might be a teeny bit over the top but that’s just the business she’s in. Anyway, about the makeup — I definitely went a bit darker than Miley did. If you want something closer to her look, don’t bring up the black as high and use more blue at the outter corner, and cover the inner half of your lid with more of the warm brown. =)

Too Faced Shadow Insurance (If you don’t have a problem with oily lids, you can get away with using concealer and powder. However, if you have oily lids you MUST invest in a good eyeshadow primer. You’ll be happy you did, trust me.)

MAC #44 Lashes (Discontinued. Any dramatic lashes with a wing to them will be fine and probably less expensive anyway)
